A beautiful and 100% innocent 19 year old co-ed should be living the 36th year of her life today. A life that was given to Kristin Denise Smart by God and was STOLEN from her by local suspect that Law Enforcement has already identified as Paul Flores. I spoke with Kristin's mom today and while she is obviously eternally sad - her spirits are being renewed by the efforts of Sheriff Parkinson. I do not know all the details...but I can hear it in Denise Smarts' voice. I hear a 'confidence' in her voice that has not always been there. So - SLO now needs to let Sheriff Parkinson do the job they elected him to do. With renewed hope, 2013 will just may be the last year of this nonsense....
